Core Beliefs
Business relationships share many of the properties of your personal relationships. Aspiring business communicators can learn much from the techniques developed to improve disfunctional personal relationships. Relationship Phases
People make decisions for different reasons at different times. To maximise the impact of your message it is important to target a range of decision-making styles. This involves understanding the triggers for each style. Communication Modalities
Text and logic are two of the last things with which an audience will engage. Our brains subconsciously make critical decisions based on a host of prior factors - and these factors are the raw materials for persuasive design. Message Cognition
Good customer communication must be based on a genuine competitive advantage in meeting their needs. This point of difference, in turn, is grounded in your organisation's values and culture. Values Framework
